Terms of Use (EULA) — Schrijfstudio AI

Welcome to Schrijfstudio AI (“the app”, “we”, “our”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Schrijfstudio AI lets you chat with an AI assistant and use writing tools (translate, rewrite, summarize, grammar, tone). Replies are generated by a machine‑learning model and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. Objectionable AI output can be reported from within the app (the Report option on any reply). We may act on reports to keep the service safe. The app is rated 17+.

3. Subscriptions

The app offers an optional Pro auto‑renewable subscription with two options:

• Pro Monthly — US$19.99 per month
• Pro Yearly — US$99.99 per year

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region; the price displayed at purchase applies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us; request them through Apple.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://fengyiqicoder.github.io/open/maxai/PRIVACY.html. In short: we do not require an account, and your conversations are sent only to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate replies.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI‑generated content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
